Anything that you submit to the Site, including but not limited to questions, reviews, comments, suggestions, distributor applications, and feedback (collectively, "Submissions"), shall become the sole and exclusive property of SPC Universal.
When you post comments or reviews, you also grant us the right to use the name you submit in connection with such content.
You shall not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties regarding the origin of any Submissions.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are over the age of 18. SPC Universal reserves the right to seek compensation from parents or legal guardians for losses suffered due to transactions entered into by a minor.

All fees, product prices, and applicable charges are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified.
Changing Price
SPC Universal reserves the right to modify prices, distributor fees, and promotional offers at any time. Prices may vary due to:
If the price changes before dispatch, the customer may be informed and given the option to proceed or cancel. Updated prices cannot be claimed against previous purchases.
Orders
1. Placing an Order
Orders can be placed via www.spcuniversal.com. Customers are responsible for ensuring accuracy of personal and shipping details. SPC Universal is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
2. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 24–48 business hours. Note that processing does not occur on Sundays, public holidays, or company non-working days.
3. Order Acceptance
Receipt of order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order, supply less than ordered, or cancel suspicious transactions.
4. Order Acknowledgement
Updates are shared via Email, SMS, and account dashboard. Tracking details will be shared once the order status changes or shipping occurs.
Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of India.
