We understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation and Change Order policy ensures a smooth process for modifying or cancelling your requests, while maintaining efficient warehouse operations.

Change Orders

Modifying your request

Keep these ready:

  • Sales Order (SO) Number
  • Order ID
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Customer ID (if applicable)

You may request changes to your order provided the order has not already been processed, packed, or charged to your account. Change requests must be made within 2 days of placing the order.

Possible modifications include:

Change of delivery address Contact number correction Product quantity update Product variant change Distributor modifications Billing detail corrections

We strongly discourage sending urgent change requests only through email, as delays in response may prevent timely modifications.

Once the order has been packed, dispatched, or charged, modifications may no longer be possible.

Cancel Orders & Policy

You may request cancellation of your order within 2 days of placing the order, provided it has not been processed, packed, shipped, or assigned for dispatch.

Cancellation requests made after 2 days from the date of placing the order will not be accepted.

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled. For damaged, defective, or wrong items received after delivery, please refer to the Return & Refund Policy.

Refund Process

Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–30 working days.

Cancellation Charges

A standard 10% cancellation charge on the billed amount will be applicable for cancelled orders.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
  • Manufacturing defects or Shipping errors

Special Category Products

For premium, customised, or special-value products, additional depreciation or handling charges may apply based on product category and inspection status.
