SPC Universal does not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products. Cancellations must be made within 2 days of ordering. Refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.

When Are Returns Accepted?

  • You received a damaged product (broken, crushed, or visibly harmed during transit)
  • You received a defective product (manufacturing defect, quality issue)
  • You received a wrong product (different item, wrong variant, incorrect quantity)
  • The product was expired on arrival (spices or wellness products)

Note: Photographic evidence is required. Unboxing video proof is highly recommended.

Yes. If the item delivered is damaged, defective, or physically broken, you may return it in the same condition as received along with the original packaging and invoice. Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, if the defect or damage is confirmed, we will process a full refund including applicable shipping charges.

If you receive an incorrect product, wrong variant, or wrong item, you may return it with the original packaging and invoice within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, SPC Universal will process the refund along with free return shipping support.

No. SPC Universal does not accept returns for change of mind. However, you may cancel your order within 2 days of placing it, subject to a 10% cancellation charge. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.

Yes, you may cancel your order within 2 days of placing the order, provided it has not been dispatched. A 10% cancellation charge applies. Cancellation is not possible after 2 days or after the order has been shipped.

Usually, our courier partner will contact you within 3–5 working days after the return request is approved. In rare cases, pickup may take up to two weeks depending on service location availability.

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Refund reflection may take approximately 7–30 working days, depending on your bank and payment provider.

For COD orders, refunds are generally processed through bank transfer. For security reasons, the bank account holder name must match the registered customer account details.

Currently, SPC Universal does not provide a direct replacement or exchange service. For damaged, defective, or wrong items, customers may return the product and receive a refund instead.

For returns approved due to damage, defect, or wrong item delivery, SPC Universal covers all return shipping charges. No return shipping cost will be borne by the customer in such cases.

No. Returns are accepted only through courier partners assigned by SPC Universal. Personal courier returns or direct drop-off submissions are not accepted.

It means the product should be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original sealed manufacturer packaging exactly as it was delivered, including all labels, batch codes, and accessories.
