Assistant General Manager

Role Description

SPC Universal Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee factory operations and coordinate activities across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Support business development initiatives.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure timely completion of operational objectives.

•⁠ ⁠Travel to company locations as required.

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 4 years of relevant management experience.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in manufacturing or industrial operations is preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and team management skills.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel frequently.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
