SPC Universal Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all core Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, performance management, HR policy implementation, and statutory compliance. This role requires a proactive leader who can foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversee payroll processing and HR administration.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage employee performance appraisal processes.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Handle employee engagement, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to build a high-performing workforce.
Qualifications
• MBA in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations, PF ,ESI and labor law compliance.
• Experience in performance management and HR policy implementation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
